Bridging the Gap: A Film About Living On Social Assistance And Homelessness

On Friday November 4, 2011,  Human Rights Radio discussed a new film short, Bridging the Gap, with the producer and researcher from Carmichael Outreach, a Regina Community Based Organization that works with homeless people and those in poverty.  The film explores the severe impact on people who live in poverty due to the barriers to adequate, safe, and affordable housing in Saskatchewan.
