Ann Livingston: Social Activist

On February 6, Ann Livingston presented the 2013 Woodrow Lloyd Lecture.  Earlier that day, Human Rights Radio spoke with Ann about how her social activism began and why the Vancouver Area Network of Drug Users was formed.  We also talked about why harm reduction is a more effective instrument for change.
